  • 3-Way Diverter Valve Overview

    3-Way Diverter

The 3-Way Diverter offers superior reliability in a metal-seated package. Configurations include a "Single L Port" ball for 180° applications, specifically for when there is no mix of the media between the two ports, and a "Double-L Port" ball for 90° applications in which mixing is expected to occur between the ports. Whatever the application, the 3-Way Diverter Valve is guaranteed to outperform its competitors and surpass all expectations.

  • Ball Configurations

    3-Way Diverter

Single "L" (Looking at the ball from the top) Flow direction is bottom entry to the left. Turn 180° and flow direction is bottom entry to the right. A single "L" configuration allows you to have a shut off position at 90°.

Double "L" (Looking at the ball from the top) Flow direction is bottom entry to the left. Turn 90° and flow direction is bottom entry to the right. With a double "L" configuration, there is always flow going to one side or the other with a mix between.

  • Superior Trim Hardening

    Superior Trim Hardening

BORONIZING is a thermo-chemical surface hardening process that creates a surface layer that’s so hard, it can’t be measured on the Rockwell C Scale. We use Inconel 718 because it is the best overall metal for corrosion, high temperature, and wear resistance. Our PROPRIETARY BORONIZING has a layer depth over 100 microns (0.004”) and a hardness between HV 2500-2700.

Compared to HVOF coatings, BORONIZING is:
Substantially harder, markedly more wear resistant, impervious to corrosion, and is capable of handling huge temperature shocks without spalling or flaking.

  • Tripod Mounting System

    Tripod Mount

The patented M-Class Tripod Mount allows you to install the valve at any angle without supporting the actuator, while eliminating actuator misalignment. The three evenly-spaced prongs create a plane, preventing the actuator from rocking. When paired with a CNC machined mounting plate that cannot move left to right or back and forth, the actuator is guaranteed to be aligned correctly. Additionally, the packing can be adjusted without having to remove the actuator. The three tripod prongs also act as a heat sink to minimize the amount of heat that gets to the actuator.

  • Exotic Alloys

    Exotic Alloys

If you can cast it, or it is available in bar stock, Gosco can make it in to an M-Class 3-Way Diverter Valve, even with metals that require vacuum casting (like titanium). We are not restricted to making merely the body from exotic alloys, as we can create all components to suit your needs, right down to the bolting. Our engineering team at Gosco Valves have extensive experience in corrosive applications, and we can recommend the best material to use for your specific application.

  • Made To Order

    Made-To-Order

Not all processes are the same, and there are several applications where standard valves just don't cut it. Our strength lies in our ability to find solutions to the problems that other manufacturers simply cannot solve. We have a team of specialized engineers, cutting-edge design technology, and a "Say yes" attitude. That gives us the ability to create a completely custom valve to suit your specific needs.

    Fast Track

Not all processes are the same, and there are some applications where even an M-Class valve isn’t enough. That’s when Made to Order comes in to play. We WILL find a solution because we have a team of specialized engineers, decades of experience, cutting-edge design technology, and a "Say yes” attitude. Our strength lies in our ability and drive to find solutions to the problems that other manufacturers simply cannot solve. That is how we will create a completely custom valve to suit your specific needs.
